Praise the lord saints this is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it even tho we may be going thru trials he’s still God in the bad times he’s God also in the good times he is our hideing place when trouble comes he tells us to cast all our cares on him my yoke is easy I jest want to encourage you this morning to put your faith and trust in Jesus he’s our only hope during our trouble times people say I know how you feel but until they go thru what you’re going thru they don’t but God has been there and he knows how you feel so look to him and give your tears and grief to him I don’t know I may be talking to but God inspired me to write this I’ll be praying for you even though I don’t know you God dose

I’m sorry I haven’t written anything latelybut my precious wife passed in February and it still hurt a lot to even talk about it God is still on the thrown and heaven is still real and even sweeter since she’s there I know I’m not the only one than has lost a love one but loveing her for almost sixty four years is something you don’t get over overnight and will probely never get over I am still pastoring and love my church even more since I am alone when you are headed toward 83 years old you better love not only your church but you better love your saviour even more knowing that you are near home than you was yesterday as much as I love my church I’m homesick for heaven I’ve got more to go to heaven fo than I had yesterday a golden street to walk upon a saviour I’ve never seen a Heavenly Father with his armsoutstreched yes I’ve got more to go to heaven for than I had yesterday think about it if you don’t knowJesus as your saviour what have you got waiting for you if you don’t know Jesus I can tell you it want be pleasant the Bible tells me that to die without Jesus in your life is eternal punishment in hell not a week mounth year but eternal forever something to think about I will be praying for you

Tomorrow is Sunday the day most christans set aside as a day of worship as a young man I was always looking forward to this special day to go to church and have a little talk with Jesus tell him all about my troubles I always got such a great feeling doing that as I worked hard during the week and sometimes I would get upset and needed a place where I could unload all the troubles and trials and that was around an old fashion alter at church he heard my faintest cry and would answer by and by and now as my hair has turned gray I still go to church and find that old fashion fashion alter where i still have that little talk with Jesus tell him all about my troubles and he still hears my cry and answers by and by I know I don’t have to go to church to talk to Jesus but to walk Thur the doors of my church sets my heart to pounding I’m in Gods house his presents flood my soul I can feel him all around me and oh the joy that floods my soul as I began to draw close and feel him drawing close if you are reading this and don’t know this man named Jesus I would be glad to jhelp you learn about him at my church Hotchkiss Church ofGod allis welcome

Well my precious brothers and sisters and friends tomorrow is Sunday a day set aside to go to church and rest How great it was that our God set one day aside for to worship and give back to him for all he gave us this week Some he gave a payday some another day to live some got healed of their sickness Every day God is blessing his people in one way or another jest to have another day on this earth is a blessing so many times we take things for granit but to many it’s here today gone tomorrow one day it’s all going to be over we will either die at go in the rapture while I have life in this old body I’m going to give God praise for his mercy and grace that he bestows upon me every day If you have it in mind to go to church tomorrow don’t put it off go and give back to our lord for all he has given you this week Give him your praise while you still have life.Give him glory and show him how much you love him He will welcome you with open arms

I woke up to a skirt of snow outside cold windy a good day to shake myself come alive and get ready for church I thank my God for that hunger that desire to be in Gods house and that’s jest what I done my wife and I got ready and off to church we went God gave me a good night rest and I woke up with Jesus on my mind how blessed we are here in America to have our freedom to go to any church we desire yet many would dreather stay home and sleep many will be sleeping when Jesus comes then when they are left behind they will face the tribulation that will come upon this old wicked world and wished that they would have went to church when they had a chance well you still have a chance as of now where do you want to spend eternity in heaven or hell heaven is sweet hell is hot five little words can get you into heaven father forgive me a sinner I love each and every one of you in Christ and I earnestly care for your soul please give God a chance in your life you want be sorry

The city of Jacksonville has suspended a code inspector who sparked controversy Monday after she issued a warning citation to a Westside business over military flags and then was caught on surveillance video in a confrontation with a customer who objected to the citation.
