A season of waiting can feel frustrating and uncertain. We often want immediate answers, clear direction, or quick results, but waiting is often where growth, trust, and preparation take place. Throughout many faith journeys, waiting is not a sign that God has forgotten or abandoned us; rather, it can be a time when He is working behind the scenes in ways we cannot yet see.
God's plan does not always unfold according to our timeline. What feels like a delay may actually be preparation for something greater. During seasons of waiting, we are invited to deepen our faith, develop patience, and learn to trust God's wisdom over our own understanding. Every experience, challenge, and unanswered prayer can become part of a larger purpose.
The message of hope is that God sees the full picture. Even when the path ahead is unclear, He is guiding each step. Trusting in God's plan allows us to move forward with confidence, knowing that He is faithful and that every season has a purpose.

Yesterday's women’s fellowship brought together women of all ages to connect through meaningful conversations about their favorite Bible stories, reflecting on the lessons and inspiration found in scripture. Each woman also shared a glimpse of her personal faith journey, offering testimony to the ways God has worked in her life through both joyful and challenging seasons.
The fellowship allowed each woman to discuss how to stay grounded in faith when life feels overwhelming. This time of connection fostered deeper relationships, renewed hope, and a shared sense of purpose rooted in faith. ❤️

Prayer is an important part of a believer’s relationship with God. It is a way to communicate with Him—sharing our thoughts, needs, worries, and gratitude. Through prayer, we grow spiritually and strengthen our trust in God. Even though a person can pray anywhere and at any time, having a special place to pray can help create focus and consistency. A quiet space set aside for prayer often helps people concentrate, reflect, and connect more deeply with God.

Prayer is not only about asking for things. It is also about thanking God for blessings—recognizing the gifts, opportunities, and goodness we receive in life. Gratitude in prayer helps us remember that God is the source of our blessings.

At the same time, prayer is a place where we can bring our worries and needs to God. Instead of carrying burdens alone, believers are encouraged to trust God with their concerns, asking for guidance, strength, and provision.

Overall, prayer is a powerful practice of communication, gratitude, trust, and dependence on God. It reminds believers that they are not alone and that God cares about every part of their lives.

Thank you, Janet Robin for speaking to the ladies this past Sunday on this topic and sharing some of your experiences with us.

Thank you, Kirbi for using your talent of singing to bless all of us!
