Highland Street Revival family, we have a message from Bishop Simon about Adriel Children’s Ministry Home for Hope!

Praise God dear lovely Dad and Mom, hope everything is well. l wanted to share with you the breakdown of different phases for the Home for Hope that is going to be built and as l told you the the 1st phase needs $26,000 and we have $7,500 on our account already!

This is the breakdown for the 1st phase:

1. SITE PREPARATION
• Clearing and grubbing
• Excavation for foundations
• Back filling

2. FOUNDATION
• Concrete for footings and slab
• Reinforcement bars
• Form work

3. SUPERSTRUCTURE
• Walls and block work
• Columns and beams
• Roof structure
• Roofing material

4. DOORS AND WINDOWS
• Interior and exterior doors
• Window frames and glazing

Dad this is what is going to be done in the 1st phase and we hope these are the works for the 2nd phase and they are going to take $23,200

5. ELECTRICAL WORKS
• Wiring and fixtures
• Distribution and board

6. PLUMBING WORKS
• Supply and waste pipes
• Fixtures - sinks and toilets

7. FINISHES
• Floor finishes - tiles
• Wall finishes - paint, plaster
• Celling finishes

8. EXTERNAL WORKS
• Land scaping
• Driveways or paths
