Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
* 1½ cups all-purpose flour
* ½ cup cocoa powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ½ cup butter
* ¾ cup sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
3. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
4. Add egg and vanilla.
5. Mix in dry ingredients.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop onto tray and bake 10–12 minutes.
Butter Cookies
Ingredients
* 1 cup butter
* ¾ cup powdered sugar
* 2 cups flour
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add vanilla.
3. Mix in flour gradually.
4. Pipe or shape cookies.
5. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
Mocha Cookies
Ingredients
* 2 cups flour
* 1 tbsp instant coffee
* ¼ cup cocoa powder
* ¾ cup sugar
* ½ cup butter
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp vanilla
Method

Method
