He is the Prince of Peace. The Jewish leaders of His time were looking for a Messiah who would come and bring political peace and so they missed who He was. Instead, He brought peace to people’s hearts. When you let go and trust in Jesus for forgiveness of sins and salvation, you can have peace in your heart no matter what happens in the physical world, knowing you are His child and He loves you more than you’ll ever know. You are the apple of His eye!

Destitute…in other words, “deprived”, “needy”, “poor.”

Are you destitute? There are so many needy and deprived and poor in the world right now. And this isn’t just physical- this can be emotional, spiritual or relational.

We have a Heavenly Father that loves us and searches for those crying out to Him to answer their prayers.

If we let the truth in God’s word do its work in our hearts then we are truly free! The enemy wants to keep us bound up and twisted in heart and mind with the devil’s lies, but God’s word brings truth and truth breaks us free! Let this be our New Year’s resolution this year. Choose a passage to memorize, pick a Bible reading plan to read or listen to, do something to get more of God’s truth into your spirit so you can truly live freely. Let’s do it together! 🤗
