One of the interesting things for me in looking up at the clouds is the numerous amount of images that you can find looking into them. This was a picture from a few weeks ago when it seemed like there was a storm rolling through. What jumped out at me this morning was the images of the birds (doves) that I see at the bottom of some of the billows of the clouds. These were an amazing sight to see in person overall. However, this new insight brings me to think and dream about how God is active in our lives! Sometimes it is even in the moments that we may not realize the Holy Spirit (dove at Jesus' baptism) is with us all along the way.

I pray that as you travel through this week that you will be filled with the Holy Spirit! I pray that you will be filled through worship! I pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to guide your conversations to lead Gospel interactions into your words with every person!

A few years ago, my family spent some vacation time in Hot Springs. One of the main attractions there is literally the hot springs which many different bath houses have used over the years to be places of renewal and healing. As we look forward to Memorial Day weekend, I’d like to encourage you to take some time to have renewal. Plan for ways that you can use the time you have away from work to intentionally revive your body, soul, and mind. What is a good book you could read…..how can you take some time to walk/ride/play as a family….how are you feeding your soul?

Hot Springs was one of those places for my family during this vacation, and we have something different planned for next weekend. The great thing is you don’t have to leave home to have this renewal….it is more of an intentional plan.
