Agreed Statement of Belief

These are the beliefs Nazarenes hold to be true:

We believe in one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living. We believe that man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually. We believe tha

t the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost. We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin. We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers. We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.

We concluded our Rainforest Falls VBS program with a sense of fulfillment, having shared a wonderful week as a community that was truly enriched by every single participant. I'm beaming with pride over each student who diligently learned and reflected on Bible verses, keeping their focus on God's teachings. The foundation has been laid, and I'm eager to see the growth that will unfold, knowing we serve a powerful God. Gratitude fills my heart for the volunteers who selflessly devoted their time to make this event possible, every act of kindness was deeply felt.

Day 4 of Rainforest Falls was completed last night!! We had 70 in attendance and learned that God is Love. He showed unconditional love to us when he died on the cross to save us from our sins so we can live eternally with him in heaven.

Wow God!!!! We had an awesome Day 2 of Vacation Bible School. We had 68 in attendance and we learned that God knows Everything!!! Psalm 139:1 says “O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.” What a great great father we serve who created us with purpose and loves us enough to know everything about us!!! Camryn was afraid to say her Bible verses in the front of the church congregation Sunday morning but Meme got her on video the Wednesday night before. We are so proud of her and her accomplishments.

We're thrilled to celebrate our young learners at Waynesville Trinity, who've completed a segment on Christology and are eager to share their accomplishments. While some were shy or absent, several confidently recited Bible verses in front of the church. We're inspired by their growth and look forward to seeing their faith flourish!!
