If you are dealing with depression reach out to another Pastor, close friend, or area counseling. Often times, some simple encouragement can come from sharing your story and listening to the examples of others before you. Be courageous and do not be afraid to bear the load on your own.

We often hold onto our pain because, in its own heavy way, it’s familiar. We’ve carried it so long it starts to feel like a part of us. But true restoration only begins when we finally open our hands.
Surrender isn't an admission of defeat; it’s an act of trust. It’s about handing the broken pieces over to the only One who knows how to put them back together.
Healing doesn’t always mean the pain vanishes instantly, but it does mean the burden is no longer yours to carry alone. When you surrender your hurt to Him, you aren't just letting go of the past—you are making room for His peace to fill the empty spaces. Let Him take the weight today; His shoulders were built for what yours were never meant to bear.

Where has Jesus turned your tomb into your testimony?

Saturday is often the hardest part of the story — space between loss and life. But even in the silence of the "waiting," God is working! You are not standing at the end of your story; you are in the middle of a miracle.
Jesus turns tombs into testimonies, but first, we have to trust Him with the silence of the Saturday.
Don’t bury what he has done in your life; bring it into the light. When we share our "tombs" and how he brought us out of them, we help others to understand that their story isn’t over yet. It’s just being rewritten!

God offers Himself as a sustainer and our life breath! All we need to do is make ourselves available. Seek God in all our toils! He is not done Yet. His work, and our work, is for the generations!
