We’re hosting a party on our front lawn for our community and neighborhood on Sunday, September 13th from 12:30-2pm to celebrate our church’s birthday! There will be free food, lemonade, cake, games, bouncy houses, face-painting, and much merriment. This is casual – feel free to drop by for a while or for a few minutes. There will be an “idea box” where you can share ideas you have of new ways the church can bless the neighborhood. We simply want to express thankfulness for you all and celebrate being neighbors.😊🥳

Last week 80 kids and 27 volunteers participated in VBS. Our theme was God’s Math: 2 loaves + 5 fish (+GOD) = 5,000 meals! God not only provides, but does so abundantly. Our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders worked hard to be neighbors that bless lots of people during VBS. Many hands made light work and will bring so many smiles! Let’s do the numbers:

1. Monday we filled 100 “Mercy Bags” - children will took them home to bless someone this summer.
2. Tuesday we bagged 322 rolls of toilet paper for VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People).
3. Thursday we made 150 sandwiches for “The Sandwich Project.”
4. Friday we put together 50 birthday bags for VEAP.

As always, Pastor Andrea says that VBS is for everyone; it is through our time in ministry WITH children that we are all blessed and built up!

VBS is happening NEXT WEEK! It's not too late to register (for free!). Kids from Prek to 6th Grade are very welcome to join in the fun.

Our program ends on Thursday (6/25) with a community lunch and worship time, so please plan to stay and enjoy.

Get ready for Pentecost this Sunday! 🕊️🔥

We will remember the coming of the Holy Spirit after Jesus' ascension. We like to celebrate by wearing red or international clothing and by having cake (for the global Church's birthday) and coffee on the front lawn after each service.

The children also have a special surprise for us. 🎶

Join us at the 9am or 10:45am service.
