Day 4 was another day full of service, fellowship, and fun! 💙

Our teams wrapped up the deck project from yesterday, repaired a porch, and built a new set of stairs for a homeowner. After a morning of hard work, we enjoyed lunch at Sunset Park, where we had the unexpected blessing of meeting visitors from our church!

In the evening, we returned to VBS and continued serving in the food pantry, helping prepare resources for families in the community. We ended the night with pizza, games, and lots of laughter as we reflected on all God is doing through this week.

Thank you for your continued prayers as we finish out our mission trip strong!

Day 3 was another great day of serving! 💙

Today we finished the stair project we started yesterday, repaired a deck, and helped clean up properties by pulling weeds. It was amazing to see the progress made through teamwork and hard work.

This evening at VBS, we helped with the food pantry by packing boxes and bagging produce for local families while also serving alongside the church and community. We are so thankful for the opportunity to share God’s love through both our work and our actions each day.

🔨 FBC Youth Mission Trip 2026 – Day 2 🔨

Today was a day of hard work and service! Our teams spent the morning and afternoon at two different work sites, helping repair steps and making homes safer and more accessible for those we served.

This evening, we returned for another exciting night of VBS, building relationships and sharing God’s love with the children in our community. As the day comes to a close, we’re heading to our host families’ homes for dinner, fellowship, and a Bible lesson.

We’re thankful for every opportunity to serve, learn, and grow together this week. Please continue to keep our students, leaders, host families, and those we’re serving in your prayers!

✨ FBC Youth Mission Trip 2026 – Day 1 ✨

Our mission trip is officially underway! After arriving in Stuarts Draft, we kicked off the week with an incredible hike through the Blue Ridge Tunnel, enjoying God’s beautiful creation and spending time together as a group.

Later, we arrived at United Methodist Church, where we jumped right into serving our community. Students volunteered in the food pantry and helped make a difference for local families. We also participated in the first night of VBS, sharing God’s love and energy with the children who attended.

Day 1 was filled with adventure, service, and opportunities to grow in faith. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for the rest of the week!
