🌟💒 Celebrating 46 Years of Love and Ministry: Pastor Steve and First Lady Jeannie 💒🌟
Today, we at Sky Church Ministries Church are overflowing with joy and gratitude as we celebrate the 46th wedding anniversary of our beloved Pastor Steve and his wonderful First Lady Jeannie. Their remarkable journey together is a shining testament to the power of love, faith, and unwavering dedication to God’s work. Today is also Pastor Steve’s Birthday and we wish him a very Happy Birthday! Not only has he been an outstanding pastor, but he has also helped hundreds of people - young and old, as an Attorney at Law and Juris Doctor serving with a pastoral heart.
From childhood sweethearts to steadfast partners in ministry, Pastor Steve and First Lady Jeannie have walked hand in hand through life, embodying the profound truth of Ecclesiastes 4:9-10: *"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."* Together, they have faithfully served several congregations over the past 25 years, currently focusing their hearts and hands on the noble mission of housing the homeless.
First Lady Jeannie, a spiritual gift to her husband and a beacon of grace, has been by Pastor Steve's side as he wages war for Christ. Their shared journey of love and service began at an early age, playing on the playground and staying connected all the way through college, marriage, and present day, their bond has only grown stronger, blossoming into a beautiful family filled with children and grandchildren who celebrate their parents for their faith, guidance, and mercy.
Pastor Steve and First Lady Jeannie’s offspring are living testimonies, reflecting the bountiful blessings and legacy of their parents’ love and faith.
Their congregations have been immensely blessed by their hope-filled messages, loving guidance, and countless ministry successes. Ephesians 5:25-26 beautifully illustrates their journey: *"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word."* Pastor Steve’s love for Jeannie mirrors Christ's love for the church, and together, they have uplifted and inspired so many.
Over the past 25 years, they have faithfully served numerous congregations, bringing hope, love, and uplifting sermons to many. Their current mission at Sky Church Ministries, focusing on housing the homeless, showcases their continued commitment to serving those in need. Even in the face of life-threatening illnesses—stage four cancer and quadruple bypass heart surgery—both Pastor Steve and First Lady Jeannie have emerged victorious, fully recovered by the grace of God. Truly, the Devil is a lie, and this couple is backed by the Holy Spirit on their continued journey.
Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."* Pastor Steve and First Lady Jeannie’s lives reflect this scripture, as they have continually trusted in God’s plan, leading them through trials and triumphs with steadfast faith.
In these glorious years, Pastor Steve and First Lady Jeannie continue to enjoy each other and their friends, frequently embarking on cruises to beautiful islands, sharing God's love with diverse cultures. Their life together is a living testament to Proverbs 16:9: *"In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps."*
