Genesis 2:16-17
“And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.””

Out of all the trees in the garden they could’ve eaten from, and yet they focused on the one they couldn’t have.
The enemy will try to get you to focus on all the things you “can’t have” or “can’t do” and honestly thats what holds people back from walking with God.

But if you notice everyone has a free will to do what they want to do. It’s not that when you walk with God you “can’t do” or “can’t have” but its because I have and you have as a believer, a relationship with God and “choose not to do”. That’s the difference between Life and death, Condemnation and Conviction, Freedom andd bo***ge. When you love someone, it’s a delight, joy, and desire to please them and spend time with them.
When you fear someone everything you do for them is a burden and a heavy weight.
