So Proud of Our Mt. Nebo Fellowship Children’s Choir!

What a blessing it was to watch our Mt. Nebo Fellowship Children’s Choir minister through song! These amazing children learned and practiced two songs in just ONE HOUR, and then stood before the church and gave God their very best. We could not be more proud of them! Their willingness to learn, listen, work together, and use their voices for the Lord reminds us that you are never too young to serve God and make a joyful noise unto Him!

A special thank you to the leadership pouring into our children: Choir Director Lenora Lassiter, Minister of Music Sherry Dawson-Williams, and Assistant Shante McMillan. Your patience, encouragement, dedication, and love are helping plant seeds that we pray will continue to grow for years to come. To our children: KEEP SINGING! KEEP LEARNING! KEEP SERVING! Never underestimate what God can do through you. You may be young, but your praise is powerful, your worship matters, and there is a place for you in the Kingdom of God!

We are excited to invite each of you to Sister Pour Into Me presents: Refill • Refocus • Reemerge – The Rebirth Experience, a powerful day designed to encourage, equip, and empower women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Join us on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the New Life Center at Haymount United Methodist Church, located at 1700 Fort Bragg Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

This will be a life-changing experience filled with inspiring speakers, meaningful fellowship, encouragement, and practical tools to help women grow spiritually, personally, and as leaders. Whether you are seeking renewal, direction, healing, or simply a day to be poured into, this event is for you.

Happy Father's Day to the Fathers of Mount Nebo Church Family and Fathers Everywhere

Today we pause to honor the men who have stood as pillars of strength, voices of wisdom, and examples of faith.

To every father, grandfather, spiritual father, mentor, and father figure, we celebrate you.

Thank you for the sacrifices no one saw, the prayers no one heard, and the burdens you carried so others could walk a little easier.

Thank you for the lessons you taught through your words and your actions.
For the hands that worked tirelessly.
For the hearts that loved unconditionally.
For the faith that remained steadfast through every season.

A father is more than a title.
He is a protector in times of trouble,
A provider in times of need,
A teacher in times of uncertainty,
And a source of encouragement when the road grows difficult.

To the fathers of Mount Nebo, thank you for being examples of godly leadership, integrity, and devotion. Your commitment to your families, your church, and your community leaves a legacy that will impact generations to come.

May God continue to strengthen your hands, guide your footsteps, and reward your labor of love. May He bless you with peace in your heart, joy in your home, and favor in every area of your life.
