We had a great first two weeks as almost 300 students walked through the doors for lessons and classes! It is exciting to see so many new families and we look forward to to watching the growth happen over these next few months!

Hoover families:

Registration for Hunter Street Baptist Church Arts Academy fall semester will close on Friday, August 14! There are still a few spots available for beginner piano on Monday evening and Thursday afternoon, as well as several homeschool piano slots on Wednesday and Thursday. We have several spots for adult and advanced piano students on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We have a few voice and violin spots open for homeschoolers on Thursday, room in our brand new Exploring Music for upper grades on Thursday, and our Beginner Group Piano, also on Thursday! We have a guitar spot or two left for most days, and plenty of room in Exploring Music for Preschool on Monday and Tuesday. We also have room for homeschool art students in our Tuesday noon class, as well as Monday afternoon's Art Club and Painting and Drawing classes. Voice and Drum spots are almost sold out but we do have a waiting list. We would love to serve your family so reach out today at www.artsacademy.online!

If you have registered for fall as a new student and are waiting to hear back, know that we have your registrations and questions and are processing them as they come in. We will be in touch with your family soon!

Mark your calendars for fall registration, which opens to the public July 15 at www.artsacademy.online

Classes and individual lessons are offered to preschool-adults in daytime, afternoon, and evening hours.

Current students can use the registration link sent via email to register before July 15 with their current instructor.

The Hunter Street Arts Academy exists to offer excellent instruction in the arts. Individual and group lessons are offered by qualified instructors. Students pay a fee for lessons and our instructors teach individuals of all ages. We welcome you and your family and look forward to serving you.

We had a blast at our art and ballet camps at Hunter Street Baptist Church this past week! God is gracious to give us so many talented teachers and students who enjoy creating together! To God alone be the glory for such a wonderful week!!

Entering 1st - 5th grades

Let’s cook up some Snacktastic Food Art! Students aka Chefs will focus on food as the subject for their art creations! A variety of art mediums and techniques will be explored such as paper collage, salt dough clay, model magic, drawing, and painting!

Projects include:
Design & Draw your own 3D Birthday Cake
Hamburger Food Collage
Salt Dough Clay Pizza Slice
Tasty Treats Painting inspired by artist Wayne Thiebaud
Sculpt your favorite food with model magic
