Missions are rarely about what we build in a week; it’s about who we partner with for the long haul.
For over two decades, Pastor Rafael and his wife Maria have faithfully served the community of San Juan Mocá in Guatemala. They are doing the slow, beautiful work of pouring into families, meeting physical needs, and sharing the love of Jesus every single day.

This July, a team from BCC is heading back to Guatemala with Sealed Coffee to come alongside them. We are going to encourage their leadership, support their ongoing projects, and learn from their faith. Our team is currently raising funds to cover their travel and a specific community project.

How you can partner with our team:

🙏 Pray: Pray for wisdom, unity, and that Christ would be glorified.
💵 Give: Give a tax-deductible gift via Venmo to . (If giving to the general trip/project, put “Missions” in the memo. If giving on behalf of a specific person, put their name in the memo!)
☕️ Drink Coffee: Find a team member this Sunday! They are personally selling bags of Sealed Coffee to fund their trips. You can buy a single bag, or set up a 3-month partnership with them to get a fresh bag every month!

21 Days of Prayer starts Monday, January 6th. It will be online on the BCC app each day at 6:00 am. Download the app to your phone or tablet and join us. If you can’t make 6:00 am, there will be a rebroadcast at 12:00. On Mondays, we will also meet at the church to pray together if you are available.

For 3,000 years the psalms have been at the heart of the spiritual life of the people of God. They cover every aspect of living for God in a world antagonistic to the faith. They teach us how to pray for ourselves and each other. They reveal fears and open us to examination. They can be wonderfully messy. In addition to praise there is confession of sin, crying out to God, lament, and broken hearts.
