Last Sunday was a festive and significant day in the life of Shades Crest as we had the privilege of welcoming Dustin Ratcliff, who came to preach in view of a call.
Throughout the morning, our church family was encouraged by the spirit of worship, fellowship, and anticipation as we met Dustin, his wife Tara, and their two children.

Following the service, the church voted to call Dustin as the new pastor of Shades Crest. We rejoice in the Lord’s leadership throughout this process and look forward with excitement and hope to this new chapter in the life of our church.

Please continue to pray for the Ratcliff family as they prepare for this transition, and pray also for our church as we move forward together in faithfulness to the Lord’s calling.

Join us this Good Friday, April 3, at 7:00 PM for a deeply moving Tenebrae Service of Shadows.

Led by our choir and joined by a guest cellist, this sacred evening will unfold through Scripture, choral music, and the gradual dimming of light, guiding us through the final hours of Christ’s earthly life. It is a powerful and reverent invitation to reflect on the meaning of the cross.

Childcare will be available for preschoolers.

All are welcome as we gather in quiet worship and remembrance.
