Back to school time! Celebrate with us this Wednesday! We will eat in the youth room at 530 and then transport students to the James’ to swim. Please wear appropriate swimwear and bring a towel. Pickup will be around 745 at the youth building!

We are so incredibly proud of these 28 youth (maybe a few more) for working so hard at VBS this week and having a great time doing it! They had been at youth camp all last week with no rest afterwards and they just pushed through this week with no complaints, and stayed late to help with cleanup. We have an awesome group of youth representing our church and community!

Our cook team! These four fed our students breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Through dealing with rain, cooking off site, setting up in a hotel room, loading everything up last minute to meet us on site so we wouldn’t be late to missions. You name it, they did it with a smile on their faces. This week would not have gone as smoothly without this team. The youth leadership team can’t thank them enough!! Absolute rockstars! 🫶🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

The rain kept us on our toes and changed all our plans, but we know the Lord had a purpose and a plan. We got to spend time on missions two days. The students got to go in groups with adults and learn how to pray with people and spread the gospel. The next day our group split and focused on serving in the community. We packed 200 boxes for a food pantry and labeled over 900 water bottles to help spread the gospel! Such a blessing to see our students excited to serve the Lord!
