At Market Place Leadership, our goal is to Educate, Influence, and Support Christian Business Leaders in order to live a balanced life at home, in business and in the community, while developing and maintaining a strong relationship with God. We live today in a society driven by power, money, and greed that often encourages leaders to be dishonest and treat employees with little value in order to
advance or succeed in the business world. Business leaders become so consumed in the busyness of work and life that they often forget the core values and the Biblical based word that God has provided. If you are a business manager or leader and want to learn how to succeed in the marketplace without compromising the fundamental Christian values that God has given us, then this ministry is for you! It is our desire to create a network of Christian business leaders and create a conduit for spiritual, business, and economical interchange. Luncheons will be held featuring guest speakers from our community and beyond to equip leaders with the necessary tools to become successful Christian marketplace leaders. The ministry will also provide a forum for discussion on the issues and topics that impact our community here in Hawai`i. At MPL, we want to influence, educate, and support marketplace leaders in Hawai`i by creating a support group and network of Christian business leaders that will positively impact our community.
