Jikoen Hongwanji

Jikoen Hongwanji Jikoen Buddhist Temple or Jikoen Hongwanji Mission is a Jodo Shinshu Buddhist Temple under the Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii. Please visit us weekly.

Weekly Services held on Sunday at 9 am. For over 75 years, Jikoen has served as a spiritual and cultural center for the Okinawan community and the community-at-large. The word "Jikoen" means "Garden of the Compassionate Light and Wisdom of Amida Buddha" in Japanese. Through this page, Jikoen wishes to share information that will enhance your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being.
