October is SIDS, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month. It is so fitting that guest speaker, Leah, from Piedmont Women's Center, came to share with us what this ministry does for women in the upstate. Free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and counseling sessions are among the available services provided to expectant mothers (and fathers) who come through their doors. The most important thing Piedmont Women's Center does is show love to, promote life, and shower these women/men with God's love. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is shared at every opportunity. We support their belief that every child has purpose & is unique, important, and loved by our Creator!
The GAs are excited to get the opportunity to partner with this ministry in the coming months by throwing a BABY SHOWER to collect items for new mothers!
This ministry makes sure every new mother that they serve is gifted with items for her new bundle of joy.
We would love to make this mission HUGE. Piedmont Women's Center is a non-profit who rely solely on donations to keep the ministry going. Help us help them to be the hands and feet of Jesus!
