Beloved STEAD Family,
This Sunday, we will gather once more, under God’s sovereign and unwavering grace for the 187th time.
For three and a half years, we have worshipped together in this awesome space, our hearts knit together in a tapestry of prayer, tears, struggles, and unspeakable joy! Here, we have experienced the profound depths of spiritual growth, with each moment—each lesson and every smile—woven together by the faithful hand of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Though this will be our final gathering in this building, the story we have written together will live on. It is a story of miracles, of healing and laughter, of faith that has flourished against all odds. It stands as a testament to God’s radical and extraordinary mercy made manifest through a community that has been known, above all, by its love.
As we come together this Sunday, August 18th at 11 a.m., let us once more lift our hearts in worship and gratitude to the One who has guided us every step of the way. Let us honor each of you who have been instruments in the hands of our Lord, laboring with kindness, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion. The blood, sweat, and tears you have poured into this community are an enduring testament to all the marvelous work God has done among us.
As we move forward, let us do so with boldness and anticipation, holding fast to the promise of Scripture: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose” — 1 Corinthians 2:9).
Though our gathering place may change, the mission and calling remain. God’s plans for us are far from finished, and the road ahead is paved with the promises of His unfailing love, grace, and provision.
With deep gratitude and abiding faith, your pastor who loves you beyonds words, 💙🙏
