Please join us as we remember and celebrate the life of Connie Steger this Friday, August 28th, at 10:00 AM at First United Methodist Church in Homer.

A cookie reception will follow the service. If you are able to bring a dozen cookies to share, the family and our hospitality team would be deeply grateful! If you do bring cookies, please include a small label listing any allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) to help keep all our guests safe.

We look forward to gathering together in memory, community, and support.

Who remembers VBS from your childhood? What a great place for youth to learn about the love of Christ!

Let us take a moment to refute some of the reasons people give us for why they haven’t signed up for VBS…

- It takes place right at dinner time

We make dinner for everyone in attendance. Not just a snack, DINNER!

- We aren’t available all 3 nights.

That’s okay! Sign up and come to whatever nights you can! Just make a note in your registration form of what nights your child isn’t able to attend

- I can’t afford summer programs for my kids this year.

VBS is absolutely FREE!
