Please pray for our newly-appointed Vicar General and Vicar for Priests - effective July 1, as they prepare for their new roles of service in the diocese.

Bishop Ralph B. O’Donnell has announced two important leadership appointments for the Diocese effective July 1, 2026.

Very Reverend Stephen Jones, V.F. has been appointed as the new Vicar General.

Very Reverend Gregory Oligschlaeger, V.F. has been appointed Vicar for Priests.

Please join us in congratulating them as they begin these important roles of service to the Church. Let us keep them, and all our clergy, in prayer as they continue their ministry in faithful service to Christ and his people.

The funeral arrangements for Bill Peacock are as follows:

This Friday, May 15, Visitation from 9:30 to 11 AM at St. Andrew Church, Holts Summit, followed by the funeral Mass at 11 AM. Burial in St. Andrew Cemetery, with a lunch after in Veit Hall.

St. Andrew Parish Family and Friends of St. Andrew,

We will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation during the 5:30 pm Mass this Saturday, May 3. All are invited and encouraged to attend. Bishop O’Donnell will preside and will Confirm our candidates. Because of the preparations that will take place prior to the Mass, we won’t pray the Rosary. Please pray for our candidates as they prepare for this special outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
