As we step into a new season, we were reminded of something we can always hold onto: our God does not change.

Through every high and low, every unexpected turn and every season of change, He remains faithful. His character is perfect, His promises still stand, and His love for His people never fails.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8

Back to school means is BACK! 🎒🔥

Philip had a revival on his hands. Salvations, healings, a whole region on fire. Then God told him to leave it and walk south to an empty desert road.

There was no reason, no incentive, no motive that could ever make him leave — except that God said so. And Scripture simply says: "So he got up and went."

Yesterday, Pastor Dylan Johnson brought us The Desert Road (Acts 8). Dylan and his wife were sent out from Mission Church to plant , and his words landed close to home: "Our desert road was a town called New Paltz. Mission Church was our Samaria."

What happens when God calls you away from what’s comfortable and onto the desert road?

Pastor Dylan shared from Acts 8 and the story of Philip, reminding us that following Jesus doesn’t always lead where we expect. Philip was in the middle of revival in Samaria when God told him to leave, go to the desert road and minister to one person.

There was no reason or incentive for Philip to leave Samaria, except that God said so.

Our mission is simple: help lost people. Whoever God puts in front of us, give them Jesus. We don’t need to have all the answers. We need the Holy Spirit, the Word of God and a willingness to say yes.

As prepares to launch on September 20, we’re praying with Pastor Dylan, Pastor Lizzy, and their team as they continue saying YES to what God is doing in New Paltz and the surrounding communities! 🙏
