Church, today we stand on a simple but powerful declaration: I will trust in the Lord.
Not because life is easy, but because God is faithful. Trust is not a feeling—it’s a decision. It’s choosing to believe that God is working even when we can’t see it, guiding even when the path feels unclear, and holding us even when we feel weak.

Proverbs 3:5 reminds us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”
That means we don’t have to have all the answers. We just have to place our confidence in the One who does.

So today, let every worry, every burden, every unanswered question be surrendered to Him.
Let our hearts say boldly: “Lord, I trust You—fully, completely, and without hesitation.”

Today is a beautiful reminder of what faith, unity, and love truly look like. As Mt. Teemer and Union Valley come together for this special baptism, we aren’t just witnessing a ceremony—we’re experiencing the power of community joined as one.
Though we may gather from different places, our purpose is shared. We stand united in faith, in hope, and in the commitment to walk alongside one another in this spiritual journey. This baptism represents new beginnings, renewed hearts, and the promise of a life guided by grace.
May this moment strengthen the bond between our churches, reminding us that we are stronger together than apart. Let it be a reflection of God’s love bringing people together, crossing any boundaries, and building something greater than ourselves.
Today, we celebrate not just those being baptized, but the unity that surrounds them—the prayers, the support, and the shared joy of two communities becoming one family.
