We are thrilled to introduce Pastors Chett & Tina Fader — along with their amazing kids — as our brand-new NextGen Student Ministries Pastors here at Holland First!

Chett & Tina come with a deep love for Jesus, a passion for students, and a heart to see the next generation rise in boldness, faith, and purpose. The energy, the vision, the FUN they bring? Yeah… our kids, youth, and young adults are about to be blessed in a huge way. 🙌🔥

They’re stepping in with excitement to build on the incredible foundation that’s already been laid and to shepherd the next season of growth, impact, and Holy Spirit fruit in our NextGen ministries. God is on the move, and their hearts are ready for it.

To Pastors Jason & Jen (and the whole Elston crew) — thank you. 💜

Thank you for finishing well. Thank you for loving well. And thank you for leading our NextGen family with a passion that never once dimmed, even on the toughest days.

Over these last four incredible years, you’ve poured your hearts into H1 Kids, H1 Youth, and H1 Young Adults, shaping a generation with truth, joy, and the unmistakable fire of the Holy Spirit fueling everything you did. You showed our students what it looks like to follow Jesus with courage. You showed our parents what it looks like to lead with integrity. And you showed our community what it looks like to SERVE beyond the walls — literally and spiritually.

Your fingerprints are everywhere… in the halls filled with laughter, at altars where students met Jesus, in friendships that were formed, dreams that woke up, and hearts that healed. You didn’t just lead ministries — you built family.

As you step into your next God-given assignment in Traverse City, we celebrate you, we honor you, and we cheer you on with full hearts. Thank you for giving us your best. Thank you for loving our kids like they were your own. Thank you for sowing seeds that will keep growing long after you’ve gone north.

TOMORROW NIGHT at 7 PM, we’re all coming together for something big: 💜 Elston Family Farewell Party

Pastors Jason & Jen — and Hannah, Selah, and Ramiah — have poured into our young adult fam in huge ways. Tomorrow is our chance to show love back as they step into their next assignment in Traverse City.

💜 Elston Family Farewell Party

📅 Wednesday, Nov. 19 | 7PM @ Holland First

Big night ahead, fam. We’re gathering to celebrate and honor Pastors Jason & Jennifer Elston as they step into their next chapter of ministry in Traverse City, MI.

Over the past four years, they’ve poured into our Young Adults, Youth, and Kids—leading with heart, humility, and a deep love for people. Their influence has helped shape who we are today. 🙌

Come hang out, share memories, laugh (and maybe cry a little 😭), and enjoy a cake & ice cream reception as we send them off with love and gratitude. You can also bring a card or gift if you’d like to bless them on their way.
