I stopped by the new Dollar General at Knighten's cross roads on Hwy 278 to ask if they would mind the ministry setting up on Monday. They have a great area that is grassy and would be nice for a staging area right on the highway. Across the street is a convenience store and it is a short cut for the area to get to and come from Jacksonville.

I went in to ask for a manager and told her what I wanted to do. Her reply was... "If it brings business into the store... You can set up anytime you like.

DEAL!

Mike is a great teacher whose ministry is directed to Christians that struggle with their walk with Christ.

If you are baptized in the Holy Ghost, you may struggle to operate in the gifts of the Spirit, many do.

They spend years and years in prayer and fasting trying to move into this and still not able to do it.

Paul makes the statement...

1 Corinthians 12:1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.

The word "ignorant" in the Greek is this...

Ignorant - Strong's G50 - agnoeō
to be ignorant, not to know, not to understand, unknown, to err or sin through mistake, to be wrong

So... What is the opposite of "ignorant?"

To learn
To understand
To be familiar with
To be correct
To do with a purpose

How do you do this? You have to be taught... The bible calls it being a "disciple or learner."

Disciple - Strong's G3101 - mathētēs

a learner, pupil, disciple, one who follows one's teaching

How do you become discipled? You learn from someone that already has knowledge of the subject YOU are trying to learn and grow in.

Simple... "I would not have you ignorant, I WANT YOU TO LEARN HOW TO DO THESE THINGS. I WANT YOU TAUGHT SO YOU ARE ABLE TO DO THEM AS WELL!"

Simple.

a thing comes to one's ears

The church is often taught they can hear his voice though reading the bible or sermons...

This does not agree with the passage... The church is thinking of this as being abstract and distant, when Christ meant it to be literal.

You may have already been hearing his voice, and not recognized it as such.

This is really a very very simple and incredible teaching for everyone!
