Hey Kiddos that signed up for a fair ticket Wednesday night at church: please meet us at the gate to the park Wednesday evening at 6:00. We will go in as a group with no tickets. That is the gate directly down the street from Powers Grocery store. 6:00 pm - worship starts at 6:15

It’s the first Sunday of September! Heavenly Father, we thank You for blessing us with this beautiful day and another day for us to worship You. May our day be filled with peace and spiritual nourishment. May we open our hearts and minds to receive Your spoken words today. May Your Holy Spirit fill us and may we worship You in spirit and truth. We pray the words of Jesus in John 4:24”God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” We pray this in the Holy name of Jesus. Amen 🙏 AWANA starts Wednesday evening at 6:00!!

It’s Tuesday, the first day of September! Heavenly Father, we thank You for allowing us to be a part of this beautiful and wonderful day. We thank You for all of Your blessings; seen and unseen. Father, we don’t know what this day might bring; but we thank You that You do and we place our lives in Your hands. May we be full of hope and joy today. And may we be overwhelmed with Your goodness. We pray Romans 15:13 “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen 🙏

It’s Wednesday! Heavenly Father, we thank You for loving us and blessing us with this beautiful Wednesday. Father, there are many today that are experiencing bad health and are in need of Your healing powers. We ask today that You will touch them with Your healing hand and may Your healing powers flow through every cell in their bodies. May You also cleanse them of fear and anxiety, and may they have a merry heart. We pray Proverbs 17:22” A merry heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen 🙏

It’s Sunday! We thank You Father God that You have blessed us with this beautiful Sunday and an opportunity to worship You. May You anoint all who speak Your Word today. Father,there are many that used to attend church regularly and pray regularly. And now their church attendance has been reduced to when it seems convenient. And their prayers are almost extinct. Lord, we pray that You will send Your Holy Spirit to give them a renewed mind and spirit. May they turn their lives over to You. We pray Hebrews 2:1 “Therefore we must give more earnest heed to the things we have heard lest we drift away.” We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen 🙏

It’s Friday, August 21st! Heavenly Father, we thank You for blessing us with the gift of seeing daylight on this beautiful Friday. Father, we ask that You will heal all that are in need of healing. May You Comfort all that are in need of comfort. We pray that You will continue to supply us with our daily bread. And we pray that all that are lost and don’t believe in Jesus will drop to their knees and accept Him as their Savior. We pray Philippians 4:19 “And may God supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Jesus Christ.” In the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen 🙏

New Hope Baptist will begin Grief Share on Thursday, September 3 at 6:00 pm. If you are struggling with grief, we invite you to come. The program will be a two hour program once a week for 13 weeks. Our address is 1247 Waynesboro Hwy. If you are not sure, come to the first session. There will be no cost to you. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
