Our Prayers & Squares Quilt Ministry (it's not about the quilt, it's about the prayers) presented prayer quilt #50 to Mr Buck Willingham. To God be the glory!

The Prayers and Squares Quilt Ministry of Highland Baptist Church met this week to finish a couple of quilt tops. When finished, these quilts will be given to those connected with our church that are experiencing health problems.

Prayers & Squares Quilt Ministry, combines the gift of quilting with the act of prayer, creating hand-tied quilts to offer comfort to those in need. We leave threads free on the quilts, allowing congregation members to tie knots while offering silent prayers for the recipient.

We are reminded that it’s all about the prayers, not the quilt.
