I became a believer about 40 years ago I have heard many people say that the Bible contains a lot of errors and contradictions. However after studying the texts and the relevant languages and cultures of the time, I have seen that these people's understanding of the scriptures is faulty, not the scriptures. As someone once said, "You should not simply read the Bible, you must study it!".
