Join us for our Peace and Social Justice Sing Along, October 11, 1-2pm.

Featuring live music, this sing along will prepare our spirits for the work of peacemaking.

Presented as part of Peace Week Delaware, the sing along coincides with Hockessin Friends’ annual Friendly Fun Day (11am-3pm). There will be musicians performing throughout the day and games and craft activities for children of all ages!

We are so appreciative of the dedicated work of VFW Post #5892 in caring for the burial ground. Thank you for your service to our community and country!

The VFW Post 5892 in Hockessin, DE will be organizing a Day of Service on May 10th. We decided to do a clean-up day at an older local cemetery where many of Post's family members are buried. We are meeting at the Hockessin Friends Cemetery (aka Quaker Meeting Cemetery at 1501 Old Wilmington Rd in Hockessin at 10:00, Clean-up hours are 10 - 2:00. Rain date is May 17th.
