So many people suffer in silence. So many victims of abuse learn how to hide their pain while quietly battling depression, anxiety, and so much more.

Please hear me when I say this: you are not alone.

This is a family check-in. To my brothers and sisters reading these words, know that I am here for you. If you need someone to pray with, talk to, or simply sit and listen, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I have been there myself.

From St. Peter to Pope Leo today, the papacy is a powerful reminder of the Church’s enduring mission.

A year ago, we lost Pope Francis a shepherd who truly embraced that mission. I’ve always admired his compassion, his dedication to the poor, and his call to live the Gospel in real, tangible ways. Feeding the hungry, caring for others, and leading with mercy.

May his example continue to guide us in faith and action. Rest in peace, Pope Francis. 🙏
