Just 9 DAYS until camp kicks off! For the past 12 days, Camp Asbury staff, both returning and new, have been hard at work training, preparing and getting pumped for the best summer yet! Our team is ready, excited, and energized to welcome our campers back to their home away from home.

Campers, get ready for a summer filled with faith, adventure, nature, friendship, great food and unforgettable memories! We can't wait to see you soon at Camp Asbury! ☀️🏕️

Power up for an unforgettable week at Camp Asbury! This week, campers will step into the worlds of legendary video games, brought to life through real-world adventures and creative challenges. From retro arcade classics to colorful platform quests and open-world building adventures, each day will feature exciting twists inspired by some of gaming’s most iconic titles.

Between the action, campers will still enjoy all the classic camp activities they know and love including campfires, crafts, canoeing, swimming, and more. Get ready to level up your summer with teamwork, imagination, and non-stop fun!

Fun Fact Friday: Did you know the area around our Giant Swing was once home to a retreat center that was a sister building to our Epworth Retreat Center? It’s true! Decades ago, a sister lodge stood near where the Giant Swing is today.

Unfortunately, that sister lodge was destroyed in a fire in the late 1970s. However, if you walk out to the Giant Swing, you can still spot part of the old foundation where the building once stood.

Even though the lodge is gone, the area is still a place where people come together! Today, the Giant Swing helps our campers and guests build confidence, trust, teamwork, and communication while making unforgettable memories along the way.

Question for the group: When you ride the giant swing, how high do you prefer to take your swing from? Comment your answer below!
