Good Morning: Tuesday Timeout. A Word for you to start your day: (short story first)
Last year, I heard someone who was raised in church say/boast, "I'm not in church anymore." It was an ignorant way to describe their lack of patience with people. This same person was ashamed & embarrassed (IN THE COMPANY OF HIS COLLEAGUES) when the people of God began to give God praise. - This person hurt the heart of Jesus. I myself was shocked & felt a spiritual hurt.
LISTEN: It is only by His mercy & grace we are alive. It is literally God that we breath. Our breath is God. It is not the breath of God. God is spirit. Spirits do not breath. That which comes from God is God. (Here are supporting scriptures)
"For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels." [If Jesus is ashamed of us, do you think we'll enter into His eternal life?]
Genesis 2:7, “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed [put] into his nostrils the breath [spirit] of life; and man became a living soul.” [Man is alive ONLY because of the Spirit of GOD within him.]
Ecclesiastes 12:7, “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was; and the SPIRIT [not breath] SHALL RETURN TO GOD WHO GAVE IT.”
*Inhaling is the reenactment of Gen. 2:7.
*Exhaling is the reenactment of Ess. 13:7.
In other words, when a person dies, his or her spirit GOES BACK to God, the body RETURNS to dust and the soul of that person no longer exist [on this side of eternity].
ENCOURAGEMENT: ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE ELOHIM. We exist because of him. We have nothing, gained nothing and can do nothing without Him who is and was and is to come. Blessings on this Tuesday.
