Good morning, beautiful people! Here's a message from Pastor Corey Miller. Have a great day and God bless!!

"A person who wanders from the way of understanding
Will rest in the assembly of the departed spirits." (Proverbs 21:16)

Solomon reminds us of the high cost of leaving the path of wisdom. Becoming wise and following the wise way leads to a long life, but leaving the path of wisdom leads to a quicker end. If we wish to live long, fulfilling lives, then let us never depart from the way of the wise. Amen and God bless.

Good morning, beautiful people!! Here's a message from Pastor Corey Miller. Have a wonderful day and God bless!!

"The exercise of justice is joy for the righteous,
But terror to those who practice injustice." (Proverbs 21:15)

Today, God speaks to us about the exercise of justice. Being a follower of Christ is more than just spiritual; it also involves doing God's will. God desires justice to be done for everyone, the rich and the poor, the righteous and the wicked. This is a high calling and something we must always be thinking about. Amen and God bless.

Good morning, beautiful people!! Here's a word from Pastor Corey Miller. Have a great day & God bless!!

"One who shuts his ear to the outcry of the poor
Will also call out himself, and not be answered." (Proverbs 21: 13)

Folks, our word for today reminds us that our God is compassionate and expects His children to be likewise. Just as He has an eye for the poor and oppressed, so also should we. Here, God goes even further, telling us that if we ignore the cry of the poor, He will ignore our cries as well. Amen and God bless.

Good evening, beautiful people! Some wise words from Pastor Corey Miller to end your day. Have a restful night and God bless!!

"When the scoffer is punished, the naive become wise;
But when the wise is instructed, he receives knowledge." (Proverbs 21:11)

Today, our reading speaks to a progression of life. We all begin as scoffers who reject wisdom and instruction; therefore, we must be punished. But as we mature, punishment leads to wisdom. Once we become wise, punishment become instruction and when we listen, we grow in knowledge. And when we gain knowledge, we become teachers for the next generation. Amen and God bless.

Good morning, beautiful people!! Some wise words from Pastor Corey Miller. Have a wonderful day and God bless!

"The plans of the diligent certainly lead to advantage,
But everyone who is in a hurry certainly comes to poverty." (Proverbs 21:5)

Today, Solomon gives us a simple bit of wisdom. To be diligent in the ex*****on of our plans. But not to be in a rush, for when we rush, we fail to plan and move faster than we can react. In other words, be diligent in our work and plans, but also remember that slow and steady wins the race. Amen and God bless.

Good morning, beautiful people!! Here's a message from Pastor Corey Miller. Have a great day & God bless!!!

"To do righteousness and justice
Is preferred by the Lord more than sacrifice." (Proverbs 21:3)

Our scripture for today speaks to a common theme from the Old Testament, the understanding that living for God is better than the ritual sacrifices. God prefers that we do His commands and live righteously and justly, rather than living sinfully and covering our sin with fake religiosity. So, let us live as God would have us live. Amen and God bless.

Good morning, beautiful people! Here's a message from Pastor Corey Miller! It's a beautiful day! Get out & enjoy the sunshine!!

"The glory of young men is their strength,
And the honor of old men is their gray hair." (Proverbs 20:29)

We live in an age where the natural progression of life is rejected by our culture. Many spend countless resources to undo the effects of aging. Yet, God calls us to accept the natural progression, realizing that there is glory in each stage. While youth may be strong, the aged possess the wisdom needed to channel that strength toward productive ends. Amen and God bless.

Good morning, beautiful people! Here's a message from Pastor Corey Miller. Have a wonderful day and God bless!!

"The spirit of a person is the lamp of the Lord,
Searching all the innermost parts of his being." (Proverbs 20:27)

Solomon reminds us today that God searches and knows our innermost being. There is nothing we can hide from God. He knows our true motives and our hidden desires. Since there is nothing we can hide from God, we should approach God with honesty, admitting our faults. And then proceed to clean our hearts and obtain pure motives for what we do. Amen and God bless.
