Pictures of the well project in progress - the solar panels run a pump for the well! Below is a note from Pastor Vincent:
Dear Sokoro ("Grandfather" in Ekegusii, their title for me as their teacher), all the leadership of Parma Christian Fellowship and all the church members:
Thank you so much for continuing to stand with the children under our care through your prayers, teaching, encouragement, and monthly support for food. We truly appreciate your love and faithfulness toward the orphanage ministry. We also want to sincerely thank you for the support you gave toward the borehole project. We are grateful to God because the borehole is helping the children greatly by providing access to clean and sufficient water. It has reduced the burden the children faced before in carrying water from far places, and it continues to bless the entire home every day. We thank God for the progress of the water project. The engineer installing the water system is doing a very good job, though the work has taken a little longer than expected. At the moment, only two steps remain before the installation to the orphanage premises is fully completed by Wednesday or Thursday this week, everything should be finished, God willing. We wanted to first combine all the information and provide you with a full update once the work is completely done. We sincerely apologize for the delay in communication and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We fully understand the challenges your church is facing and we appreciate your honesty concerning the school supplies. Please do not withhold helping . Your continued support, prayers, and care already mean so much to these children and to us. We know your church has sacrificed greatly even while facing limited resources.We are praying that God will open other doors and touch more hearts to help provide the school supplies needed for these children. May the Lord continue blessing you all for transforming tye lives of these children .We value your kindness, compassion, and commitment to serving others.Thank you once again for standing with our Orphanage and for not forgetting these children.With gratitude and prayers.
