Hey students,
An opportunity just came our way for a seasonal job--if your interest and availability fits the bill! There’s a local fruit farm in Spencerport looking to hire help from August to Thanksgiving. The time commitment is about 8-15 hours a week, divided into two or three shifts. However, the shifts that they are looking to hire for are during the school week, so any prospective employee would probably have to be a homeschooler with a flexible schedule. The responsibilities of the job include cashiering, stocking, taking phone calls, and performing basic janitorial work (employees are hired to manage a small store on the farm where we sell our produce). The minimum hiring age is 14.
