Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with the Sources of Strength 5K Color Run!
HP Rec and the Hilton Parma Community Council of Churches are teaming up to bring our community a vibrant, uplifting celebration of wellness, connection, and support. Join us for the Sources of Strength 5K Color Run, a joyful event designed to promote positive mental health, physical activity, and community togetherness.

This family friendly day offers something for everyone and is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the broad range of services available throughout Monroe County.

Event Highlights:
• 5K Color Run/Walk for all ages and abilities
• 20+ community vendors sharing resources and support
• Rochester Regional Health Mobile Mammogram Unit
• Monroe County services on site to answer questions and connect residents with programs
