Thank you for praying for our high schoolers this week! We took 15 students 7 hours away to the beach. It wasn’t because they rarely get around water, but because of the opportunity to experience the community and disconnect from their everyday lives. This was a week of rest, where they stayed up until 2 AM and were constantly drenched in sweat from the heat and physical activity. The rest came from their minds not being preoccupied with their achievements - such as grades, friendships, and sports, which often define their identity. This was more than just a beach getaway; it was a transformative experience at RYM High School Florida. During the week, students spent hours immersed in God’s Word, forming lasting friendships, and encountering the profound message of the Gospel. All of this is while they enjoyed the sunshine, sand, and fun of the Emerald Coast.
