38 people. 38 stories. 38 public declarations of faith.

38 people took the next step in their walk with Jesus, leaving the old behind and stepping into new life with Him.

Each baptism represents a story of what Jesus has done, a life made new, and a decision to keep following Him.

We’re so grateful we got to celebrate every person who took this step and everything God is continuing to do in their lives.

The old has gone, the new is here.
2 Corinthians 5:17

We are closely monitoring the storm and praying for the safety of our church family and our community. We will communicate through the weekend regarding the church campus and any changes to Sunday services. Please stay safe and stay informed!

Imagine a family that follows every house rule but barely talks to each other. The house might look orderly, but something important is missing.

That’s the picture Jesus was getting at. People knew God’s laws and worked hard to follow them, but they had lost sight of knowing God himself.

It’s easy to see Jesus as someone who simply taught people to be good. But if being good were enough, we wouldn’t need him. Jesus invites us into a relationship with God, not just a list of rules to follow.
