VBS starts tonight, its going to be a great week!

“God Bless America” 🇺🇸
God bless America.
Not because we’ve always gotten it right.

But because Your mercy
has never depended on our perfection.

Bless the small towns
where flags still wave from front porches.

Bless the busy cities
filled with people searching for hope.

Bless the farmers,
the teachers,
the nurses,
the factory workers,
the first responders,
and every family simply trying to build a good life.

Bless the little girls
who can dream without limits.

Bless the little boys
who still believe they can change the world.

Protect the men and women
who wear the uniform,
and comfort every family
who knows the cost of service.

Remind us that freedom
was never meant to make us proud.

It was meant to make us grateful.

May we never become so distracted
that we forget the blessings
we’ve been given.

Teach us to love our neighbors.

To care for the hurting.

To welcome the stranger.

To stand for truth
with both courage and compassion.

And when we disagree,
may we never forget
that we are still one nation,
sharing one flag,
under one God.

May our churches be bold.

May our homes be strong.

May our children grow up
knowing both the privilege of freedom
and the responsibility that comes with it.

God bless America.

Not so we become greater than anyone else…

But so we become people
who reflect Your goodness,
Your justice,
Your mercy,
and Your love.

And may the greatest freedom
we ever know
be the freedom found in Christ.
