Immanuel Lutheran Church

Immanuel Lutheran Church Glorifying God. Impacting the Community. Our vision is to glorify God and make a profound impact on our community.

We believe that everything we do should reflect the character and love of God, and through our actions, we strive to bring glory to His name. We are committed to creating a community that is rooted in faith, unity, and compassion. We seek to foster an environment where individuals can experience the transforming power of God's love and find support, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Our mission

extends beyond the walls of our organization, as we actively seek opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of those around us. We are dedicated to addressing the needs of our community, whether it be through providing practical assistance, spiritual support or educational services. Through our various programs, and outreach efforts, we aim to bring hope, healing, and restoration to individuals and families in need. By embodying the teachings of Christ and demonstrating His love in action, we aspire to be a beacon of light in our community, inspiring others to follow Christ and a path of love, compassion, and service. Ultimately, our vision is to see lives transformed, relationships restored, and our community flourishing as a result of our commitment to glorify God and impact the lives of those around us.

On the cross, Jesus bore the weight of sin and the brokenness of the world. What looked like defeat became the greatest victory ever won. When Jesus rose from the dead, He conquered the powers of sin, death, and the devil once and for all. The resurrection declares that death does not have the final word. The grave could not hold Him, and because He lives, hope is alive for all who trust in Him.

✝️ Commemorate the Last Supper, and the death & resurrection of Jesus Christ with Immanuel this Holy Week.

Easter Worship with Holy Communion begins at 9:30am. ⛪

🌿 Palm Sunday Worship & Cantata Service 🌿

Join us March 29th at 9:30 a.m. for a special Palm Sunday celebration!

We will assemble in the Narthex, and if weather permits, we will gather outside in front of the church for the joyful Palm Sunday Procession. 🌿✝️

🎶 Cantata: “Who Is This King?”
Those who witnessed the life and ministry of Jesus had many different responses to who He was. Some believed He was the long-awaited Messiah, while others called Him a fraud. Some welcomed His message of peace and love, while others expected a powerful king who would conquer with might. Even His most devoted followers struggled to understand in His final days—when He was rejected and crucified. Yet what followed changed everything: the incredible events of the resurrection led to a powerful truth…
👑 **He truly is the King of all kings!**

Come worship, reflect, and celebrate the beginning of Holy Week with us. All are welcome! 🌿🙏

Psalm 121

[1] I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
[2] My help comes from the LORD,
who made heaven and earth.

[3] He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.
[4] Behold, he who keeps Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

[5] The LORD is your keeper;
the LORD is your shade on your right hand.
[6] The sun shall not strike you by day,
nor the moon by night.

[7] The LORD will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.
[8] The LORD will keep
your going out and your coming in
from this time forth and forevermore. (ESV)

Ash Wednesday: A Time of Reflection and Repentance

As we begin the season of Lent, Ash Wednesday marks the start of a journey of reflection, repentance, and renewal. We remember our human frailty, acknowledging that "from dust we came, and to dust we shall return" (Genesis 3:19).

This day invites us to pause, humble ourselves, and return with all our heart to God. The ashes on our foreheads remind us of the need for God's grace and forgiveness in our lives.

Let us enter this season with humility; with prayer, fasting and with almsgiving as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

How will you be spending this Lenten season?
