Hillsdale County Senior Services Center - 320 W. Bacon Street - Hillsdale. Join us for "Getting Healthier Together," a TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) program, at the Hillsdale Senior Services Center, starting this Monday from 11 am to noon. This program is free of charge, and I encourage you to watch the video for more information. I have personally lost 168 pounds and would love to share how you can embark on your journey to better health alongside others.
