Heavenly Father,

Today we thank You for the gift of mothers — women of faith, strength, compassion, and sacrifice.
We especially lift up every mother who has poured love into her family, prayed over her children, and trusted You through every season of life.

Lord, bless the mothers in our churches and homes today. Renew their strength when they are weary, fill their hearts with peace when they are burdened, and remind them that their labor in love is never unnoticed. Let them feel honored, appreciated, and deeply cherished.

We pray for mothers raising children in difficult times — give them wisdom, patience, and courage. For grandmothers, spiritual mothers, foster mothers, and mothers-to-be, surround them with Your grace and favor.
Father, comfort those whose mothers are no longer with them and those carrying the pain of loss or longing on this Mother’s Day.

Wrap them in Your loving arms and remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted.
May every mother continue to walk in faith, guided by Your Word and strengthened by Your Spirit. Let their homes be filled with love, joy, prayer, and the presence of Christ.

As Proverbs 31 declares, “Her children arise up, and call her blessed.

Today, we honor and celebrate the women You have called to motherhood.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
