The Knights of Columbus will be conducting our annual "Measure Up" campaign in the Mill Run area on Saturday, May 2nd from 8:30am to 1:30pm. This is a great charitable cause for people with disabilities. Campaign proceeds will be donated to Special Olympics Ohio. Did you know that Special Olympics is more than just about athletics? In the Healthy Athletes Program, Special Olympics has provided more than 1,000,000 comprehensive health screening and trained more than 130,000 Healthcare professionals to increase knowledge of best practices in caring for people with intellectual disabilities.

Join our Respect Life Ministry and the St Brendan Knights of Columbus in supporting the Women's Care Center of Columbus. A collection drive of supplies and goods will begin in the Church's gathering space on January 18th.

Items of great need include: Diapers, pull-ups, new clothes (0-3mos. and 3T-6T), baby soaps, washes, lotions, long-sleeved onesies, sleep sacks and socks, hooded bath towels, children's books (thru age 8), baby activity mats, Nutribullet baby food-making systems, and more.

A great example of putting our principals of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity into action!

On Tuesday, December 30th, in bitter cold weather, Knights of Council 11208 donated their time and talent to help blind, Worthy Brother John Reil pack up his household for a permanent move to Utica, New York. The team did a great job, clearing out John's apartment and loading it into a budget rental truck then into a Pod container all in less than two hours. John was very grateful and very moved by the kindness and generosity of his brother Knights. We wish John well in his new location and his new Council. Many thanks to Steve Dickson, Steve Liston, Tony Schroeder, Dean Pfirrman, Tim Wilson, Chuck Heinlen, Bill Saliga, Joe Pecek, Grand Knight Fred Kierner, Nick Heinlen, Bob Vanecko, Kit Lynch, Mike Doll, Tim Reno, and Rob Carlson.

Our Feed the Hungry "Mac & Cheese" event was a huge success! Thanks to the support of dozens of volunteers and donors as well as the Hilliard Food Pantry, we were able to assemble ready-to-make mac & cheese packets to distribute to those in need in our community.

Our Knights of Columbus are proud to announce that St Brendan will host a silver rose this summer on July 14th. Every year, eight silver roses make an international journey across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. At each stop, and through the veneration of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Catholics gather to pray for the sanctity and protection of all human life. We warmly invite our faith family and surrounding community to join us on July 14th at 6PM for the Silver Rose Prayer Service. Together, we'll turn to our Blessed Mother and reaffirm our stance against the Culture of Death that grips our society.
