Who Are We In Christ? (1 Peter 2:4-10)

Big Idea: God is creating a holy people through Jesus, the cornerstone.

1. We are God’s Spiritual House. (1 Peter 2:4-8)
1). We are living stones through Jesus.
2). We are a holy priesthood through Jesus.
3). We are an honored people through Jesus.
(1). Some are saved by Christ the living stone.
(2). Some will stumble over Christ the cornerstone.

2. We are God’s Spiritual People. (1Peter 2:9-10)
1). We are a chosen race.
2). We are a royal priesthood.
3). We are a holy nation.
4). We are God’s people.
(1). We proclaim His praises.
(2). We receive His mercy.
