Encounter a vibrant Episcopal community, grounded in Scripture and the Book of Common Prayer, and celebrating God's love with contemporary and traditional worship services. We welcome others -- our friends, neighbors, colleagues, and newcomers to this area -- to become fully part of our community, and we hope to encourage you to discover the power and grace of life in community with others followi

We know it’s the first week of summer vacation but it’s just the right time to start planning for our annual backpack campaign for our friends at The Church of the Guardian Angel in Baltimore. Take advantage of Amazon Prime Days this week (June 23-26) and help us start packing 100 backpacks. A link to the shopping list should be on our website (stmarkshighland.org) by Tuesday. It would be most helpful to shop from this list and ship to our partners at St. Andrew’s in Glenwood. (2892 Rt 97. Glenwood, MD. 21738).

Celebrations (some bittersweet) at church yesterday! We sent our DreamBuilders 🏠 off to a week of home building in Hazard, KY, we celebrated our fathers with ice cream 🍨after a beautiful worship service and awesome children’s sermon about the psalms (no photos for evidence though) and we said “farewell and see you soon” to another special family at St. Mark’s. ⛪️🙏🎉🏠🍨🥲
