Where is God calling you to go today? Who is God asking you to check in with today?

Every day God gives each of us an assignment; what is your assignment for today? Today listen with your heart and wait for God to open your mouth; perhaps by doing so, you just might reel in a new soul for Jesus. Give it a try, go fishing for souls today!

ADD PRAYER TIME TO YOUR CALENDAR!

Praying for people who are grieving, in trouble and those who love them.

There is a lot of pain in our local and global family these days. How can we stand with suffering people who we do not know personally? Considering adding one category of prayers to your daily prayers so when your week is over you will have prayed for multiple areas of concerns.

Try praying the scriptures:

Sunday -- For those suffering with cancer pray Isaiah 40:31

Monday -- For those who are grieving -- Matthew 5:4

Tuesday- For those who are struggling -- Jeremiah 17:7-8

Wednesday --those who are oppressed -- Psalm 9:9-10

Thursday -- those who are fearful -- Isaiah 41:10

Friday -- those struggling with addiction -- Philippians 4:19

Saturday -- those struggling with there faith -- 2 Corinthians 4:1-2

Try praying for others in this way for one month. At the end of each week reflect by asking:
1. How have I heard God this week?
2. Is God calling me to respond to a particular need?
3. How can I make a difference?

At the end of the month choose new scriptures.
