GEMS at New Life CRC

GEMS at New Life CRC The name GEMS Girls’ Clubs is an acronym which stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. The GEMS Girls' Clubs is a place to belong.

At club, girls are welcomed into a vibrant community of mentors and peers who genuinely care about them. GEMS is an exciting, safe environment for girls to learn about God, His Word, and His world. At club, girls in fourth through eighth grade will:
•Develop a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ
•Foster a relationship with their counselors
•Make new friends and share in a caring small group

•Learn how to apply the Bible to their lives
•Find answers to challenges they face every day
•Learn what it means to be an activist for Christ
•Participate in service projects that make a difference in other’s lives
•Cultivate important life skills through badge activities
•Enjoy dynamic singing and creative movement in a large group setting
•Make meaningful crafts that encourage others

🔧 GEMS Workshop Update for Tonight 🔧

GEMS will still meeting tonight, and the workshop will be OPEN for anyone parents who need to use the tools and work on Pinewood Derby cars!

However, our helper who assists with pouring lead is unfortunately ill, so we will NOT be able to pour lead this evening. The lead pouring will be postponed to the next work night.

Parents feel free to come and work—we just wanted to share this change so everyone can plan accordingly.

Thanks for your understanding, and we’ll see you tonight! 💙
