Dear Sangha, we have to pause Kailash planning for now, as we’ve learned some limitations about getting the permits that would make travel there this year very unlikely. So sorry to share after just getting our hopes up! We will keep you informed about other and similar activities. Dear Sangha Friends 🙏
We are exploring the possibility of bringing a small group on pilgrimage to Mount Kailash and Lhasa.
Together we would:
• Circumambulate sacred Mount Kailash over three days (the traditional kora)
• Visit the Potala Palace and other sacred sites in Lhasa
• Practice meditation, study, and Dharma discussion along the way
📅 When: Two weeks in late August / early September 2026
Mount Kailash is one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in the Himalayan world. For centuries practitioners have journeyed there to make the kora as a powerful act of purification and devotion.
At this stage we are simply gauging interest before beginning detailed planning.

Stable Futures will partner with Zone 6 Teen Center, Highland Park, NJ, to bring you the Kentucky Derby Museums "Black Heritage In Racing" exhibit. The exhibit highlights the profound contributions of African Americans in the early years of the Kentucky Derby. Big hats and fancy attire encouraged!
